I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. the cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were excellent for families. the parking was easy and affordable, which was a relief. the convenient location allowed me to explore the neighborhood easily, and the inclusive bikes provided a fun way to get around.

As a group of friends, we loved the friendly staff, nice rooms, and close proximity to shops. The on-site parking for $10 a night was convenient. The location was fantastic, near museums and the War Memorial. The layout, facilities, and dimensions of the room were impressive, and the balcony was a nice addition. The fully equipped kitchenette with a Nespresso machine and washing machine made our stay even more enjoyable. The conference facilities were well-presented, and Joe's restaurant served delicious food. The security of the apartments and cars was excellent. The attention to detail, like the small butter in the fridge and pods for the coffee maker, showed a level of care. We also appreciated their commitment to the environment with recycling bins in the room.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the two-bedroom apartment at East Hotel And Apartments. It was perfect for my family, allowing the kids to have their own play area. The kitchen was a bonus for preparing meals, but we also enjoyed ordering delicious food from the Italian restaurant downstairs. The hotel had a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, and the service was quick, efficient, and friendly. The location was convenient, being close to the center of town. This was our third stay at East Hotel And Apartments, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

This hotel is ideally located close to Kingston Foreshore, making it a perfect choice for bike riders like myself. The lovely little shopping village nearby is a great spot to grab some supplies before hitting the trails. The reception staff are young but well-trained and always helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary equipment for preparing your own meals. Highly recommended for its convenient location and friendly staff.

The breakfast café could use improvement with a more varied menu and consistent food quality.

The free breakfast in the hotel was a nice touch and saved us some money. the location was great for exploring the city and we were within walking distance of multiple attractions.

The noise from the street outside kept us up at night and made it hard to sleep. the room was not as clean as we would have liked and there were some areas that seemed to have been missed during cleaning.
