The apartment was spacious, with a comfortable sofa, large screen TV, well-equipped kitchen, and a secure parking facility. the proximity to Newcastle was a bonus, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. the lack of on-site reception may be unnerving for some guests.

The laundry and kitchen facilities were awesome! I could do all my washing and cook my meals like at home. the location was perfect, close to bars and restaurants. it was easy to get transportation to my business meetings.

The check-in system was a disaster, the keypad didn't work, and we had to wait for half an hour. I was bored the entire night, and no one came over to fix the television.
