Room dark, lights blinding. Cold steak, no bueno. Big room, nice parking. Almost squishy entry. Loved it! So much bang for buck. Amazing room, spot on spot. Sink needed – coffee anyone? Bloody good bed mix up, hairy sponge, limited cups. Solved well, free cocktails; helpful team. Cracking setting.

Lovely customer service. Great location with bars, cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. Exceptionally clean and comfortable room with beautiful views. Staff went above and beyond. Fantastic bed and stunning bathroom. Convenient shopping center. Modern and chic rooms. Superb room service. Will definitely stay again.

The view from my room at Eatons Hill was absolutely breathtaking. I felt like a celebrity with the modern theme throughout the hotel. The concert I attended was amazing and being able to see it from my room made the experience extra special. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. I had a fantastic stay at Eatons Hill Hotel and would highly recommend it.

We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel for a weekend getaway and we were absolutely blown away. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and a supermarket nearby. The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy big bed and great pillows. The bathroom was lovely, with an open shower that had no nasty curtains or stained walls. Everything in the room worked perfectly, from the lights to the air conditioning and TV. The room service was excellent, and the breakfast served was enormous and delicious. We also had snacks and cocktails at the bar, and the prices were reasonable for a hotel. The staff we encountered were incredibly polite and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We can't think of any reason why you shouldn't stay at this exceptional hotel. It truly exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, service, and amenities.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for attending a concert at a nearby venue, and there were plenty of options for food and entertainment in the area. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day. The staff were exceptionally helpful, allowing me to access my room early when I arrived tired from a long flight. The convenience of having shops and a supermarket downstairs was a great bonus.

The hotel charges a surcharge for paying with a credit card, which was a slight inconvenience.

The hotel had its good and bad sides. However, the staff was always willing to help, offering free cocktails and being customer oriented. Free safe parking was a plus, and the spacious bathrooms were outstanding. the location was convenient since it was close to the city and shopping centers. Despite some issues with the bed configuration and the phone dropping out, the duty manager was helpful and paid for a cocktail each.

We found a few disgusting things in our room, like a cleaning sponge with hair on it and no glasses. There were only two coffee pods available, which were not enough for four people.

The location in a beautiful area west of the city was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The service provided by the staff, from the friendly welcome at check-in to the helpful assistance throughout my stay, was top-notch. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a cozy stay. The floor to ceiling windows provided stunning views, and I loved being able to connect my phone to the TV to watch my favorite shows. The breakfast was delicious, and the selection of restaurants and shops nearby made it convenient to explore the area. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
