After a long day's drive, I wanted a clean, quiet, and secure stay. Ben Hall offers just that. the room was comfortable and spotless, with a smart TV and good tea/coffee facilities. the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. the motor inn sits back from the highway, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Local biscuits were a lovely touch, and the housekeeping staff were wonderful.

I do recommend this hotel.

The staff here were awesome - very friendly and helpful! They gave great recommendations for places to eat around town. the location was spot on, right in the center with a pub nearby. I could easily walk to Gum Swamp, Bird Hide, and other attractions. No breakfast provided, but that wasn't a big deal for me. a pleasant stay!

The parking spaces were a bit tight, especially when surrounded by large vehicles. It would be nice if they could give a bit more space for maneuvering.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were affordable without compromising on quality. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel was conveniently located close to everything, including key sites in town. This made it convenient for night walks by the lake. Lastly, the service from the staff was outstanding. They were friendly, helpful, and ensured that all our needs were met. The rooms were well-equipped with ample accessories and had a comfortable bed. Additionally, having breakfast included was a great bonus.

Room was clean and had parking directly in front. the pub is just a short walk away which was convenient.

No complimentary biscuits, which was a bit of a bummer. the reception was closed when we arrived which made it difficult to check-in.
