we had such a fantastic experience while staying at the inn. staff were friendly and accommodating, facilities clean and spacious. lovely gardens, comfortable bed, and a kitchenette for self-catering. the washer and dryer were a great bonus after a dusty day outback, and the bath was a nice touch. overall, a beautifully presented property with helpful staff and convenient parking.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Emerald Inn. the room was extremely comfortable, spacious, and clean, allowing us to relax with ease. the self-catering kitchenette was convenient, and the on-site laundry facilities were a bonus after our dusty travels. the lovely gardens added to the peaceful atmosphere, and the welcoming staff, especially Alison, made our experience even better. the nearby landmarks like the Big Easel and Centenary Park provided great opportunities for family bonding, and the BBQ facilities made for enjoyable evenings. Despite some minor issues like a disabled spa and a broken TV remote, the quick response from the staff showed their professionalism. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the location was great, just a short walk away from delicious restaurants and pubs, and near a supermarket to buy some snacks. there was free Wi-Fi available to stay connected with loved ones.

Some chairs were broken, and the bar stools were outdated. the lighting in the bedroom was not great, as the car park light and the sunlight shone directly into the room.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is very close to a shopping complex and a tavern for dinner. You can easily walk to shops and local restaurants. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a modern and spotless feel. The bathrooms are large and some even have corner spas. The hotel also offers free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. The staff provides great service and the prices are very reasonable.

The carpark can be a bit difficult to navigate, especially for larger vehicles.

We also loved having the option to do our own laundry with the washer and dryer provided. The bed was so comfortable, even with our little one taking up most of the space. we highly recommend staying here!
