Staying in a Queen Room at the motel, found it very clean and comfy. Loved the little kitchenette and modern decor. Convenient location across from the Information Centre and short drive to town. Friendly and helpful reception staff, on-site laundry, and comfy firm bed. Easy parking and close to shops and restaurants.

The Queen Room was lit, with a dope kitchenette and modern vibes. Super close to the town, info center, and shops. the lady at reception was mad chill and helpful, making our trip stress-free and comfy.

Would've been lit if there was an on-site hangout spot or chill zone for young party peeps like us to vibe and chill together.

I had a wonderful stay at the motel. The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with a modern and comfortable design. The small kitchenette was a great bonus. The motel is conveniently located near pubs, restaurants, and the information center. Despite being close to a railway line, I didn't experience any bothersome train noises. The owners were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this motel for its cleanliness, comfort, and value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay in Emerald. The location was perfect, close to all the shops and restaurants. The room was modern and comfortable, with quality fittings. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. I loved that there was a kitchenette in the room, which was convenient for preparing my own meals. the facilities were top-notch and the service was excellent.

That there wasn't a comfortable chair to watch TV in the room.

Super friendly staff and very clean rooms. Good location close to restaurants and attractions. Coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. the bed was comfy and perfect for a good night's sleep.

The noise from the nearby railway was constant throughout the night. the lack of a shower curtain made it difficult to keep the bathroom dry, and there were only two coffee pods provided for two people which felt stingy.
