We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with a great view of the river. We loved how convenient it was to have a selection of restaurants onsite, making dining options easy and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist with any requests we had. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a balcony where we could relax and take in the view. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi, which was a great bonus.

the bathroom facilities were not up to the expected standard, with the shower head barely trickling water and the toilet not flushing properly. the room was poorly soundproofed, with noisy neighbors making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Additionally, it is close to several good restaurants to eat at. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern appliances. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel boasts a fabulous pool area and a well-equipped gym.

The coffee at the Coffee Club needs improvement as it lacks strength and is too milky. Sometimes, it is not hot enough.

During our stay at Empire Apartment Hotel, we had the pleasure of experiencing the delicious food provided by the steak house for the conference. Additionally, the hotel allowed us to leave our car in their car park for the day, even after checking out, which made our day much easier. I would highly recommend this hotel.
