My room was right next to the kitchen, leading to some early morning noise that made it difficult to sleep in.

Our recent family getaway at the Empire Spa Retreat was like stepping into a cozy oasis. the Family Entertainment Centre was a hit with the kids, offering fun activities for all ages. the spacious Family Suite provided a comfortable retreat for our large family to unwind and enjoy quality time together.

My wife says that the children's play area could be expanded.

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! the housekeeping was spot-on, the staff were lovely and friendly, and the room was clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished. the modern bathroom was a nice touch, and the breakfast each morning was not only delicious but varied, giving a pleasant surprise every day. the location, just north of the wineries, provided a perfect escape, with the lovely grounds adding to the overall vibe. I particularly enjoyed the easy parking and the relaxed atmosphere around the grounds.

Spent Easter at this cozy and serene retreat surrounded by nature. Loved the simplicity and elegance in the decor and all facilities provided in our comfortable private villa. the team was always accommodating and provided exceptional service. the breakfast was a delight, offered a wide range of food choices with great quality and presentation. the location is ideal and easily accessible for exploring the nearby beautiful attractions.

This hotel surpassed all expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the spa and wellness centre provided a wide range of services including massages, facials and body wraps with expert staff. the beautiful garden area and sun terrace were the perfect escape after a day exploring the surrounding countryside. Private facilities were also exclusive and top-notch.

One minor issue was the occasional noise from nearby rooms. Despite this, the treatment room was a tranquil haven and the leisure/TV room provided an excellent retreat.
