we had a wonderful stay in essendon. close to tram, supermarket, and friendly host annie. the apartment was clean with all amenities. a cozy terrace and convenient parking. a quiet room despite being on a main road. great shopping nearby at puckle street and moonee valley race course just a short tram ride away. a refreshing change from chain hotels, we'd definitely return.

I adored the charming vintage touches in the apartment, especially the beautiful Murray Pine flooring and antique furniture pieces. the cozy terrace outside was perfect for relaxing. the location was ideal, close to tram stops, a supermarket, and even a Chemist Warehouse, making it convenient for us seniors.

Staying there felt like a welcoming home away from home. Cons: I wish the children working there would offer weekend housekeeping as part of the standard service.

Just stayed at a hotel in Essendon. Right on tram route, LOVED the separate bedroom for the kids. Breakfast could be better than photos. Might stay again!

It's located on Mt Alexander Rd, so you can easily access shops, restaurants, and the CBD. Trams are right outside, and the train station is a short stroll away. There are shops and cafes within walking distance, making it super convenient. the staff was friendly, and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the small terrace outside the room; it was a perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee. it felt much cozier and welcoming compared to the usual chain hotels we've stayed at.

It would be nice if the hotel offered breakfast options, even just a simple one like coffee and a sandwich.
