The apartment we stayed in was very well appointed, clean, light, and spacious, especially the kitchen area. the location was fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, restaurants, and a supermarket. We enjoyed the views overlooking the river and the peaceful atmosphere of the surroundings. some minor improvements could be made in terms of cleanliness and maintenance, like tidying up the kitchen cupboards and replacing worn-out outdoor furniture.

Excellsior was a peaceful oasis close to everything. the friendly staff made our stay great value for money. the apartment was well-equipped, down to details like spare toilet paper and coffee mugs. Fantastic rooftop terrace with lovely views of the town. Convenient walking distance to the beach, wharf, restaurants, and shops. the pool and spa facilities were a hit!

A wonderful getaway by the coast. We stayed in a quiet, cosy corner with a beautiful river view. Just a short walk to the beach and shops. The size of the apartment was perfect. The washer/dryer came in handy too. Despite a few minor issues, we had a great time and would recommend it. a pleasant stay.

Newly renovated, professional staff, quiet location, close to wharf, esplanade, shops. Welcoming hosts, easy communication, nice overview of the river, well-presented and clean unit, good kitchen facilities, spacious apartment with comfortable bedroom.

The apartment was spacious with a comfy bed and a well-equipped kitchen. we encountered some cleanliness issues upon arrival, especially with dirty floors. The construction work nearby marred the view, and the lack of elevator was inconvenient. The bedrooms were hot, and the air conditioning didn't adequately cool them. Despite these drawbacks, the location was quiet and conveniently located near amenities.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our family. It was close to everything we needed, from takeaway shops down the road to everything in the main tourist area. We loved that it was away from the very busy esplanade but close enough to walk to. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the lovely view from our balcony.
