Housekeeping and staff were exceptional on this visit. the staff seemed to truly enjoy their work and were always helpful and friendly. the outdoor dining area provided a lovely spot for breakfasts at the cafe next to the hotel, which served excellent food and coffee. the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway, close to some great restaurants and town shopping. It's also ideal to use as a base for a wine and food tour of Mornington Peninsula wineries. Being able to drive towards Shoreham Beach and explore the charming streets of the town was a delightful experience.

One minor improvement could be updating the room decor to make it feel more modern and fresh. ensuring the air conditioning units are in good working condition and properly maintained would greatly enhance the comfort of the rooms.

Stayed at Flinders Cove Motel for 4 nights and loved it! Great central location, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. The on-site cafe was a bonus for brunch. Each unit had a private courtyard, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing. They even provided extra crockery and cutlery for self-catering. Thank you to the owner for going above and beyond by bringing us bread when my husband was sick.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. the location was also convenient, with lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach.

The room was not very clean. the carpet was stained and there were cobwebs in the corners.
