Charming Character and Relaxing Atmosphere

I thoroughly enjoyed the unique charm and cozy feel of the rooms, with a wonderful view of the esplanade and birdlife. the history of the building added an interesting touch to the stay, and the kitchenette provided a convenient option for self-sufficiency. the bathroom layout and noise from other guests did detract a bit from an otherwise pleasant experience.

LOVED the balcony in our room! Would definitely choose this place again. the pool area is even better in person! So relaxing.

Let's talk seafood! the local culinary scene is a hidden gem, with nearby spots like Steak on Lake, Snow Yogurt & Dessert, and Bayleaf Balinese Restaurant offering tantalizing bites. the art deco charm and comfy beds are a visual and literal feast for the senses.

The bathroom's rustic vibes added character, and the occasional power trip just kept things exciting.

The database provided was extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate, making my search for information quick and efficient. the room with a double bed was incredibly comfortable and the balcony offered stunning views of the surrounding area. the added bonus of a fridge and microwave in the room made it convenient for storing and preparing snacks.

One minor drawback I noticed was that the database did not have an option for sorting search results by price, which made it slightly more challenging to find the best deals.

the charming character of the building truly made our romantic getaway special. much better than my previous experience in cairns, the view and cozy atmosphere exceeded all my expectations.
