The hotel's excellent location, with the Boardwalk Social nearby, makes it convenient for business travelers. The reception staff were great communicators and the room had good sound insulation. The furnishings were perfect and the Harbourside room upgrade was a nice bonus. The room is well-equipped, with all the necessary information on the iPad.

The staff were generally helpful, except for one member who was rude at times. But overall, the hotel provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making guests feel at home.

Our stay at Crystalbrook Flynn was absolutely amazing. The eco-friendly resort had a trendy and perfect location, with plenty of food and drink options nearby. The resort itself was clean and the facilities were well-maintained. We especially loved the pool area while waiting for our delayed flight. The comfortable bed and proximity to the night market and Woolies were definite bonuses. I would highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

Great complementary breakfast and friendly staff. the hotel's location was unbeatable, with a perfect view of the waterfront and plenty of restaurants nearby. the room itself was comfortable and had a great view of the city.

The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, the towels weren't replaced, and we didn't have space to park our car. There was also a late-night evacuation due to a guest setting off the fire alarm with deep heat.

From the top-notch service to the delicious halal food served at the restaurant, everything is designed with the highest quality in mind. the outdoor swimming pool and spa centre offer a relaxing experience, with a full body massage being one of the highlights. the spa lounge is perfect for winding down after a long day.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, so I was able to easily explore all that the area had to offer. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with large windows that provided a nice view of the surroundings. The staff were friendly and diverse, and the service was top-notch. I loved the facilities, especially the swimming pools and the bar with its stunning ocean view. it was a fantastic stay with no complaints.

I did find the parking to be a bit tricky, especially if you have a high vehicle. The staff were accommodating and there were designated spaces for larger vehicles, but it was still a bit of a hassle.
