Cozy room, convenient amenities, including an electric kettle and flat-screen TV, made our stay enjoyable, along with the added bonus of free parking and easy access to nearby attractions.

The carpets in the room were stained and dirty!!! A better air conditioning system could improve comfort. It needs a serious update as furnishings felt worn and outdated!!! A more inviting lounge area would enhance the stay!!!

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, laundry facilities, and a cozy bar area. The friendly staff even helped me find a local taxi on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a comfortable visit. I’m coming back for a city trip.

The essentials, minus the fluff

This cozy accommodation has everything a family needs for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed the ground-level apartment with a full-size fridge and washing machine, perfect for our two-night visit. Ample free parking made accessing attractions seamless. Staff were friendly, and we felt right at home, making it a great choice for family travel.

I stayed for a total of 10 nights and received a daily greeting from a staff member, which added a nice touch to my mornings. The room was suitable and maintained each day by cleaning staff. I had easy access to nearby attractions, and I appreciated the friendly service provided. Next time, I hope for more variety with breakfast, especially in the fruit selection. Overall, I enjoyed my time and felt at home.

i was also shocked by the 3.5% credit card charge! as if that wasn't enough, i expected some kind of upgrade or complimentary gesture for my trouble, but apparently that's not how they treat their esteemed guests. absoluteley disgraceful!

The staff were so helpful and friendly! They even assisted with parking to ease congestion. The location is fantastic for first-time visitors to Canberra, close to attractions and eateries!

The reception area was a bit tricky to find, which could be improved. A more substantial breakfast option would be better than the snack-packed Continental breakfast.

The BBQ area was impressive and well-maintained, making it a great spot to relax. The bathroom in the apartment was quite cramped and could use more space for comfort.

The executive 2-bedroom apartment was well-equipped, with a washing machine and dryer, which made our longer stay convenient. Each morning, the hot water was plentiful for showers, essential for a family’s busy schedule. We particularly enjoyed the homemade tofu served at the in-house restaurant. it was a delightful surprise that complemented our dining experience. While the location was fantastic for accessing local attractions, parking options were unallocated, which could lead to challenges during busy hours.

I whipped up breakfast like a pro. The beds had electric blankets, which was a lifesaver when the nights got chilly. you know, just like in the lab, comfort is key.

Although it wasn’t exactly cheap, I managed to make it work with my budget.
