The location of the motel is excellent. It is conveniently situated just on the outskirts of town, making it easy to access all the amenities. I loved that it was very close to Coles and Woolworths, so I could easily grab any supplies I needed. it was as close to the city centre as I would have liked, making it convenient to explore the area. The motel also offers a stunning view of the nearby Whale viewing area, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

There was one minor issue with the WiFi. It was a bit slow and had a tendency to drop out occasionally.

The staff here were fantastic! They contacted us to confirm an early check, in and even had the heater on for us. They were very friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. the room was modern, clean, and had great air, conditioning. the swimming pool was a great bonus, very clean and crystal clear. It was such a relief that there was no pressure to leave by 10 am. the location, on the outskirts of Warrnambool, was convenient with amenities nearby. the playground and pool were a hit with my little one, and we loved that they were well, maintained.

One thing that could be improved is the noise from the shower floor when walking on it. A bit of maintenance to fix this would make the stay more pleasant.

The host was helpful, giving us check-in instructions and great advice on local attractions. The bed was warm and comfortable with plenty of blankets. The room was quiet despite being on the main highway. Good amenities like a spa in the bathroom and a microwave in the room. great value for money.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! First, the location is perfect - close to everywhere in a highway, making it easy to get around. Second, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. Lastly, the rooms were equipped with two queen beds and had great facilities, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The attention to detail was evident in the comfortable beds and the basic amenities provided. We also had the breakfast option, which was a great bonus.

Everything was just fine - nothing to complain about!

The room was spacious and well set out, excellent service from the staff, nice meal at nearby tavern, good value seniors meal, convenient location at the entry of the town, clean pool.

Overall I had a great stay at Gateway Motor Inn. The staff provided helpful information about the city and the location was perfect for the event I was attending. The price was also very reasonable.

Clean and updated rooms with friendly staff. Conveniently located near restaurants and attractions. Continental breakfast included.
