Absolutely loved this place, the staff were super helpful and even moved my booking! the rooms were clean and comfy, perfect for a few days break. 👌 Appreciated the sauna and swimming pool for unwinding. Just a tad noisy at 3am with smokers outside our room -some gaps around the door.

Smoky rooms, disconnected fire alarms, dirty fans, hair in bathtub, pool and spa issues.

The location was ideal for our needs and the parking was convenient. the rates per night were very reasonable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious meals offered at the on-site restaurant, where the chef cooked everything fresh and was incredibly accommodating. the private car parking was a definite bonus, making our stay stress-free.

Not really fond of the shower over the spa bath.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. the location was convenient for my meetings in the Clayton area and close to the Monash Medical Centre, which was a plus. the room was clean and the hotel facilities were excellent.

The bed at Gateway On Monash was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Additionally, the room amenities were excellent, including a large TV, sofa, and working table. The bathroom was spacious and the shower setup was unique. The hotel also offered free WiFi and had a convenient on-site restaurant for meals.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs during the Christmas holidays. It was close to the medical center and offered easy access to nearby attractions. the cleanliness of the room was also exceptional and provided a comfortable stay.

We were hoping to enjoy a meal and drinks at the hotel without the need to leave the premises. we found that the authorisation required on our credit card at check-in was not mentioned prior to our arrival, causing confusion and unexpected charges.

We loved being so close to a busy shopping centre in the evening, with plenty of options to eat and drink from. The room was spacious and spotless, with modern furnishings and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and the spa bath was a nice bonus. The staff were friendly and efficient, making us feel welcome. The delightful continental breakfast was a great way to start the day. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the hospital we needed to visit. The Mcity shopping centre was also conveniently nearby, making it easy for us to find everything we needed. The hotel staff provided excellent service and were friendly. The room amenities were top-notch, with all the necessary facilities like ironing, heating, and air conditioning. We particularly loved the sitting area and terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the view. The restaurant on-site offered a delicious in-room breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was great for unwinding. The outdoor swimming pool and sauna were a nice touch, adding to the leisure options available. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay here.
