Hey, just got back from a little escape in Cairns! the rooms were larger than expected with a great kitchen and the staff were so helpful. DEFINITELY coming back! the pool area is even better in person.

we enjoyed our time at Getaway On Grafton Aparthotel. the location was ideal, with a short walk to the city centre and convenient on-site parking. the spacious apartment had a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and a balcony perfect for watching the sky and bird life. the pool and friendly staff added to our great experience.

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, and we loved being able to use the balcony and enjoy the view. The pool was clean and refreshing. Plus, the receptionist, Chantal, was exceptionally helpful and had the keys ready for us early. we had a great experience at Getaway On Grafton and would highly recommend it.

This hotel is conveniently located away from the hustle and bustle of the city, making it a peaceful getaway. It is within walking distance to most activities and close to the airport by public transport. The self-contained facilities, such as the well-stocked kitchen, provide convenience for guests. The pool and spa are clean and refreshing, perfect for relaxation.

Carrying suitcases up two flights of stairs can be challenging for some guests.

The apartments were clean and well-appointed with modern facilities. the location was within walking distance to key attractions such as supermarkets and the city centre, making it convenient for our city break. We enjoyed the independence of self-contained accommodation.

Although the apartments were generally clean, we found some dirt swept behind the laundry door and a greasy section on the stove top that we had to clean ourselves. the design of the ensuite bathroom in the main bedroom was awkward, particularly the poorly positioned toilet.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The property manager, Kevin, was incredibly helpful and provided me with excellent recommendations for tours and activities in the area. The pool area was like a hidden oasis, always clean and peaceful. It was the perfect place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The two bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, with the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The lounge and kitchen were well-appointed and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. this place felt like a home away from home.
