Stayed at this hotel and had a blast! the location is perfect for hitting up all the nearby theme parks. the water park was loads of fun, and the cafe had a great variety of meals. Plus, the gardens were stunning, making chilling by the pool even more enjoyable. an awesome spot for the whole family!

A couple of improvements could be made though. the beds in the motel rooms were not the best, felt like a blow-up mattress.

I always return for the helpful staff who found my lost wallet. This place suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, Jacuzzi, Game room, and more. No smoking allowed. Can't wait to come back for another trip!

The hotel is like a resort, with facilities close to major theme parks. Staff were friendly and breakfast was great.

The Big4 Gold Coast Holiday Park offered fantastic outdoor facilities such as the spa, water slides, and cafe, providing a fun experience for both kids and adults. the friendly staff, clean rooms, and proximity to theme parks made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The minor downside was the slight noise issue in the motel area, which affected the overall tranquility of the stay.

Receptionist Taylor provided clear and enthusiastic check-in. Room spacious, clean and surprisingly quiet. Great location along M1 highway. On-site facilities include pool, bar/cafe, water park. Excellent value for a fun staycation.

I had a pleasant stay at BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park. the waterpark was amazing, and the service at the pool was luxurious. the cabin needed some renovations, and there were issues with the washing machine. the location near the theme parks was convenient.

This place is perfect for families with kids who want to have a memorable vacation. The location is fantastic, as it is nestled between all the theme parks at Coomera. We loved that we could easily visit Movieworld or Wet N Wild as they were just a short drive away. The on-site facilities, particularly the pool and water park, were a hit with the kids. We spent hours enjoying the water slides and splashing around. The motel room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a great water pressure in the shower. The staff here were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Recommended for families looking for a fun holiday with their little ones.

This place was absolutely fantastic! The motel room was lovely and clean, with everything being very new. The water slides were a blast for the kids, and the pool area was just as lovely. The food at the cafe was excellent, and the staff there were down to earth, family-friendly, and jolly. The table service around the pool was amazing, and the menu had a great variety. The park had a kid-friendly attitude, with the option for kids to ride bikes and scooters in a safe environment. The front counter staff were beautiful and went above and beyond, allowing us to check out late. The daily kids club activities, from craft to pizza making, were a plus. The location was ideal, close to Wet and Wild, Movie World, and Top Golf, as well as two Westfields to choose from.

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints.

The water slides were fun and the pool area was clean. the food and drinks were tasty, but overpriced. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The shower had mold and leaked water all over the bathroom floor. the light outside the room was too bright and made it hard to sleep even with the blinds closed.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is very close to all the amusement parks in the area, including Movie World. It is also conveniently located near the motorway access and shops, making it easy to get around and grab anything you need. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. In terms of the room, it was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

The bathroom in the room was a bit cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

The pool, cabin upgrade, helpful cafe staff, convenient location, motel room suitable for small family.
