The wooden stairs felt like a mountain climb.

The database was incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate. I was able to quickly find the information I needed without any hassle. the room was clean and tidy, with two spacious double bedrooms and a bathroom with an excellent shower and loo. the laundry facilities were a convenient bonus. the rooms were always presented nicely and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The only minor drawback I experienced was that the Wi-Fi signal in the room was a bit weak at times. this was a very small issue and did not impact my overall experience in the slightest.

I simply adored the lovely river views from the large balconies. the atmosphere was so laid back and peaceful, surrounded by graceful public landscape areas. the hotel's design and decoration were warm and welcoming, making it easy for senior folks to relax and appreciate the beauty around them.

A kind suggestion - perhaps the children working there could consider adding extra towels for a more enjoyable stay for seniors.

we had an exceptional experience at Goldsborough Place! from the warm welcome to the well-equipped apartment with stunning views of the river, everything was first class. with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, plus easy access to the Citycat and botanical gardens, we couldn't ask for a better location. amelia at reception was particularly helpful, swiftly resolving any minor issues. we'll definitely be returning!

The location was perfect, with plenty of good restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the ferry terminal. The area felt very safe and we even found a great shopping center in New Farm. Our room was spacious and clean, with a light and airy bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and made sure we had a comfortable stay.

I could not fault my recent stay at Goldsborough Place. The location was excellent, with incredible views of the river from my balcony. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen. Although I didn't use the pool, it looked very inviting. The service provided by the manager was exceptional - he went above and beyond to ensure my stay was hassle-free. The proximity to the river, ferry and bus transport, as well as local eateries and bars, was a major plus. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

All was perfect.

The location by the river was picturesque and we enjoyed walks along the riverside promenade. the apartment had a well-equipped kitchen which helped us cook some of our Easter meals. Another positive aspect was the availability of a swimming pool, which provided a refreshing dip on hot afternoons.

The apartment was quite outdated and in need of renovation. the furniture was uncomfortable and the carpets were worn out and dirty.
