The staff at the Grand Central Motel were extremely helpful and friendly, going out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction during our stay. They provided us with valuable information on local attractions, restaurants, and activities in the area, making our trip even more enjoyable. The manager even went above and beyond by assisting us with arrangements for our outings, making recommendations and ensuring we had a great time. We were also grateful for the complimentary water and milk that were provided. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the limited onsite parking and the lack of power points at the bedside, our overall experience at the Grand Central Motel was excellent. We would definitely consider coming back to this place and would highly recommend it to others seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The location is fantastic, just a short walk away from the main shopping and eating street. The staff were super friendly and helpful, providing us with tourist information and even turning on the heating and leaving a light on in our room when they knew we had a difficult situation. The room itself was very comfortable with a very comfy bed, spacious bathroom, and great shower pressure. We also appreciated the amenities such as the mini fridge, kettle, and toaster for making a quick breakfast. this hotel provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.

the location of the motel was exceptional, with Coles, Foodland, and Kmart just a 2-minute walk away. the rooms were immaculate and well-maintained. the owner, Andrew, was incredibly beneficial and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. the manager and staff were also helpful and patient. the services provided by the motel were excellent, and I highly recommend staying here when visiting Mount Gambier.

Bathroom mirror light missing.

Had a lovely stay during Christmas. Location was perfect, just a couple of minutes walk to shops and restaurants. the complimentary breakfast was a great touch, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was also very clean and comfortable.

The parking situation was a bit of a hassle, but I managed to find street parking nearby. the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it was still usable.
