The database provided a variety of options for filtering and searching for specific information, making it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. the room we stayed in was spacious and had a beautiful view of the lake, allowing us to watch the catamaran sail past with ease.

The lack of air conditioning in the two smaller rooms upstairs made it uncomfortable to sleep in during the hot summer nights. the outdated and unclean state of the apartment, with old food stuck to surfaces and broken appliances, was disappointing.

The kids loved the interactive games and colorful play area, while my wife and I enjoyed some well-deserved relaxation by the family-friendly pools.

My wife says that more kid-friendly dining options should be available.

we absolutely adored our time at the sebel. the apartment was perfect for our family, with stunning views and a welcoming atmosphere. the buffet breakfast was one of the best we've had. we enjoyed various activities such as kayaking, fishing, and relaxing by the lagoon. the staff made us feel so special, and the whole experience was magical. we even extended our stay because we loved it so much. a big thank you to the staff for their outstanding service. we will definitely be back.

Some aspects of the hotel are in need of improvement.

The pool area with slides and splash zones kept them entertained for hours, while the outdoor playground was a hit. the spacious family room was perfect for our large group and the family-friendly atmosphere made us feel right at home.

My wife says that adding a kids' club for supervised activities would have been a great addition for families with children.

We had a fantastic time at The Sebel Twin Waters. The apartment was excellent, staff were welcoming, and the location was perfect for family activities such as fishing, kayaking, and swimming. Had a wonderful family vacation with good bedrooms and spacious living areas that had easy access to walkways and the beach. the staff was friendly and the check-in process was quick. the location was also great, with easy access to key tourist spots. the apartment was furnished with modern amenities and quality finishings making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The lack of maintenance, with some parts of the apartment appearing worn and frayed. the lighting in some areas was also poor and could be improved for a better experience.

The private swimming pool was not heated, lights in two toilets were not working properly, and there was a sewage smell in the master bedroom. The staff did their best to address the issues and provide a scented candle to help with the smell. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable and the facilities were well-maintained.
