The Gatekeeper's Day Spa was like a fancy escape in the hills - lols! the spa facial made me glow like a Christmas tree. the staff were so lovely; I felt like Cleopatra, darling.

I loved it when staff invaded my privacy at night, super thrilling!

Despite some minor staff etiquette inconsistencies and robe sizing issues, the romantic location, luxurious rooms, professional breakfast team, and delightful bar made for an exceptional overall experience. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway.

Our group of friends had a blast at the hotel triplets entertainment and pool party! Epic vibes, killer music, and an insane dance floor , we partied like there was no tomorrow. Plus, the snacks were on point , nachos and fries for the win!

Wish there was a livelier nightlife scene nearby for us party animals to keep the party going even after the hotel triplets entertainment ended. A club or bar within walking distance would've been a game, changer!

During our stay, we were impressed by the stunning view of the Piccadilly Valley from our room. The room itself was beautifully appointed, with a spacious layout and a comfortable king-size bed. The bathroom was stylish and the complimentary toiletries added a touch of luxury. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel very special throughout our visit. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, including an a la carte item. We also enjoyed the complimentary activities, such as the tour of the history of the gardens and the hotel.

One small downside was that the dinner options were quite costly.

Great value for the money. Room was cozy with nice decor. Location was picturesque and staff were exceptional.

The historic charm of Mt Lofty, nestled in the Adelaide Hills, captivated me. The friendly staff impressed with a warm welcome, complimentary treats, and a delightful on-site restaurant. The stunning views of Piccadilly Valley made up for minor room issues. A truly special place despite some hiccups.

There was nothing I didn't like.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel offered an indulgent and luxurious experience. the spa was exceptional, as were the beauty treatments that I received. the outdoor swimming pool area was serene and relaxing, complete with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the restaurant served exquisite dishes, including special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area had a great variety of drinks. the room had exclusive amenities, and the packed lunches were a great option.

the treatment room was somewhat small, which made it difficult for me to fully relax during my massage.

The beautiful scenery outside the hotel was breathtaking and made the stay all the more enjoyable. the room was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. the staff was very attentive and made sure our needs were met. Plus, the restaurant was lovely and offered delicious food.

The pool was too cold for us to use during our stay and the balcony could have been cleaner. However, these were minor details that did not detract from our overall experience at the hotel.
