the staff's curiosity had me feeling like a wanted fugitive in my own apartment. Despite the upstairs quirks, the pool area was a saving grace. the game room and I were practically best friends. Ease of access to water and local hangouts was a plus. the noise factor was a buzzkill but bearable. not too shabby. Cheers to a memorable, if not slightly chaotic, time.

The staff at this hotel are really lovely people who welcomed our little dog with open arms. They were friendly when we arrived and left. the location is good, a small walk to the water and close to a shopping center which has a Woolies and a local pub just next door. the rooms are private and peaceful, and yet so close to the Esplanade and eateries. the swimming pool is a perfect spot to relax, and the outdoor dining area adds a nice touch to breakfasts. it was a great experience, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating to our needs.

One thing that could be improved is providing thicker bedspreads or spare blankets for colder nights. having functioning BBQ facilities would be a nice touch for a holiday stay.

The decorations in the common areas were lovely, with cozy touches that made me feel right at home. the hotel's layout was easy to navigate, even for us seniors, and there were comfortable seating areas scattered around for resting during walks.

Better vacation for senior people: More assistance from the children working there.

The entertainment and activities kept them thrilled all day. the spacious family apartment and lovely pool area made it a perfect family retreat. Convenient location too!

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the local airport and within walking distance to the Esplanade and the restaurant area. The hotel provided excellent service and even offered a grocery shopping service. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. I also enjoyed the outdoor terrace and dining area, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful garden view. The hotel had a range of facilities, including a swimming pool, BBQ area, and aqua park, which provided endless entertainment. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We spent our Xmas holiday in a resort that offered two amazing pools, one of them with a swim-up bar, which was pretty cool. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. Additionally, they provided a lot of activities for families, like a playground and a library full of board games.

The room we stayed in was a bit outdated and not as clean as we expected. Also, the Wi-Fi signal was not strong enough in our room, so we had to go to the lobby to use it.
