Sadly, the cleanliness standards at the resort are lacking, with issues such as dirty bathrooms and dusty rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at this resort. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to everything we wanted to see and do. the facilities, including the tennis courts and gym, were great and well-maintained. the staff were amazing and always helpful whenever I had any questions. Excellent location close to shops and restaurants, with an indoor pool and spa. Room had all amenities including a TV. Friendly staff. Short walk to the beach and playgrounds, with a market across the road on Sundays. Perfect for families with trampolines and a great restaurant.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a resort along the iconic Great Ocean Road. The location was perfect - close to the township and just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The resort had a lot to offer, from a kids play area to a lovely onsite restaurant with a diverse menu. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

I did notice that there was a lack of tennis rackets available to borrow or hire for the tennis court. This was a small inconvenience, but something that could have enhanced the overall experience.

I had such a relaxing and spacious stay at this resort. The little villa was perfect, with a well-equipped kitchenette and laundry facilities. We absolutely loved our stay at the Great Ocean Road Resort! The cute restaurant and lovely surroundings made for a delightful experience. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect for those wanting to be close to the beach. The front receptionist was friendly and competent, ensuring a warm welcome. The facility itself was top-notch, and we had the pleasure of enjoying an incredible on-site massage by Indi. The Trampoline Park was a hit with the kids, and the tidy property was well-maintained by the groundskeepers.

Loved the two complementary facts offered. the hotel was located in the perfect spot, with easy access to the beach and lots of nearby restaurants and shops. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the facilities were great, especially the pool and gym.
