Tony, our attentive host, made sure we had everything we needed. The spacious rooms, ensuite with heated floors, and cozy wood fire lounge were highlights. Some minor issues, like the lack of dinner options and a delayed check-in, were easily overlooked. The historical town and proximity to dining added to the experience. While the exterior could use some sprucing up, the welcoming atmosphere and delicious breakfast made us feel right at home. The only suggestion would be grab handles for the spa bath.

My wife says that having more kid-friendly breakfast options would enhance the family experience.

Just had an amazing stay at a B&B down by the river! the enormous bath in the room was a dream, and the very comfortable bed made me sleep like a baby. Staff were lovely. Would DEFINITELY choose it again! the photos don't do justice to the cozy vibes.
