The lush gardens and refreshing pools were a tropical oasis, like stumbling upon a hidden paradise in the midst of the outback. Our son's joy on the water slide was akin to a conquering hero descending a grand waterfall in search of hidden treasure.

Our family had a blast at the Hotel Triplets Entertainment area, with plenty of games, shows, and activities for the little ones. the friendly staff made our stay unforgettable. We felt at home, but with the added bonus of a holiday vibe!

My wife says that having a designated kid-friendly menu at the restaurant would enhance the family dining experience.

The location of the hotel is perfect, close enough to everything but away from the hustle and bustle. The club house offers magnificent views of Roebuck Bay, and you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy Cable Beach tourist strip. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a welcoming pack of tea, coffee, and milk. The hotel also has great facilities, including two fabulous pools and a nature trail for those who love bird watching. There is plenty to do without leaving the resort.

The service could be improved, with only weekly room servicing and the need to hire outside towels.

We absolutely loved the luxurious and enhanced comfort provided by this 4-star hotel. The location in beautiful tropical gardens was simply stunning and made us feel like we were in paradise. The lush surroundings were so enchanting that we couldn't help but feel envious. Plus, the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist us with any tourist activities we wanted to do. Additionally, the room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities and air conditioning to a fully equipped kitchen and a flat-screen TV. The outdoor swimming pool and BBQ facilities were the perfect cherry on top, providing us with a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in a beautiful tropical setting.

The apartment was super big with a full kitchen and a chill patio to hang out on, and the pool was just gorgeous, perfect for a lazy swim. the only downside was that they were kinda stingy with the basic stuff like soap and toilet paper in the room. But overall, it was a chill spot to kick back and relax - definitely go back! 🌴.

Just had an amazing stay at a hotel with lovely staff and abundant vegetation! the 2 bedroom room was equipped with everything you need and had great privacy. Would DEFINITELY choose this place again! the swimming pool looked even better than in the photos. Such a gem! .

the resort was spotless - set in lush gardens with views of wandering wildlife. staff shared great local tips. the pools were perfect for the kids, and the bungalow offered every comfort. also handy to have a big supermarket close by.

The pools were great, especially the island pool which was perfect for my toddler. The gardens were lush and teeming with wildlife. The self-catered apartments had all the amenities we needed for our stay and the golf club next door had lovely food and stunning views. The location was secluded, providing a tranquil setting to unwind after a busy workday. We had a car, which made it easy to get to town, but there were also tour companies that would pick up right from the front.

While the apartments were spacious and clean, the soft furnishings could use an update. It would have been nice to have some extra cushions for comfort. It was also disappointing that we had to pay to hire pool towels instead of just leaving a deposit. Lastly, taxis were difficult to come by, so if you don't have a car, it may be a bit out of the way.
