The bathroom exhaust fan can be noisy and make the bathroom colder, which may not be ideal during chilly temperatures.

The room was clean and fresh, and the towels provided were lovely. Despite being close to a major road, there was no traffic noise at all, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The location was also convenient, with Canberra and other great spots for kids just a short drive away. We were impressed by the helpfulness of the owner in solving any issues that arose during our stay. As a bonus, the room also had Foxtel for our entertainment.

The hotel provided the usual tea, coffee, sugar, and a nice small packet of long-life milk. The biscuits provided were a nice touch. The hotel fulfilled our request for the quietest room possible and had great communication. The hotel is close to downtown and within walking distance to the city center, while still being private.
