The service at the apartments was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist guests. the spacious accommodation provided a comfortable and welcoming stay. One improvement could be enhancing room security measures for added peace of mind during the stay.

I always stay here. Staff saved my trip with plug adaptors. Perfect with Free Wi-Fi, outdoor pool, laundry, and 24-hour security. No pets, fresh air. Returning for New Year's.

Spacious rooms except for the bathroom, good size and well-equipped kitchen. Neat and clean area. One day, as I stepped onto the balcony, I felt like a glamorous movie star overlooking their kingdom, with a warm breeze gently tousling my hair while sipping tea.

During my Xmas stay, we loved the spacious apartment that easily accommodated our family. the character of the place was awesome, it had a unique touch that other places didn't have. the location was perfect and everything we needed was nearby, including shops and cafes. the view was also a great advantage, we got to enjoy fantastic views of the city from our apartment.

On the other hand, the shower was filthy and definitely needed some extra attention. there was a lot of road noise that made it difficult to sleep through the night.

We were initially given an uncleaned room with a messy bed and dirty dishes, but the staff quickly remedied the situation and moved us to a more suitable room. The location was great, close to the airport and city. Despite some noise issues from neighboring guests and a lack of kitchen amenities, the apartment was livable and offered good value for money. The staff were welcoming and supportive throughout our stay. I would recommend Hampton Court Apartments for its convenient location and helpful staff.
