I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location amongst the beautiful landscaped gardens was breathtaking. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help with any request. The room amenities were top-notch, including the heating and air conditioning, spacious sitting area, and a lovely patio to enjoy the surroundings. The rooms were also soundproofed, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The garden furniture added a touch of elegance, and the free toiletries were a nice extra touch. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette with cookware and utensils, as well as the electric kettle for making a cup of tea. The flat-screen TV and parquet floors added to the overall comfort and sophistication of the room. The dining restaurant on-site was excellent, and there was even a picnic area with tables for outdoor dining. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making it a truly luxurious experience.

This hotel is highly recommended for families, as it has a variety of amenities and activities suitable for all ages.

The room décor was lovely and the fireplace made it feel so cozy. We also enjoyed the location, being tucked away in a quiet area. Plus, they provided firewood for the fireplace which was a nice touch.

I received an electric shock off a lamp and the staff were slow to fix it. the only place to fill the kettle was in the bathroom sink which was inconvenient.
