Exotic and serene atmosphere with beautiful artwork and peaceful surroundings. Garden Suite was clean and cozy with a lovely garden and poolside. Appreciated the fireplace during cold evenings. Looking forward to returning in the warmer months for another escape from reality.

I was amazed by the personal touch and flexibility of the owner at Haven On The Park. They allowed me to check in earlier at a reduced rate, which was much appreciated since I had an early morning arrival. The spa bath in the room was a fantastic way to relax after a long day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I was pleased to find a smart TV in the room. The surrounding area was safe and quiet, offering a peaceful retreat. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

the service was top-notch and the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were exceptional. the garden area was relaxing and the private facilities were exclusive.

this was easily remedied by using the indoor dining area instead.

The hotel provided a variety of toiletries, including cotton pads, cotton buds, and bath robes, which was a nice surprise. the location was very central, close to many restaurants and shops. the bed was comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep.

The room was smaller than expected, making it difficult to move around. the bathroom lacked slippers for the tiled floor, and the shower was not as spacious as it could be.
