truly wonderful experience at a country motel. friendly staff, spacious room, and thoughtful touches like real milk for tea. felt like home away from home. previous visits to Wangaratta didn't match this exceptional stay at such accommodation. highly recommend and will surely return to this gem.

The location of the hotel was perfect - within walking distance of restaurants for a delicious dinner. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, providing valuable information about nearby restaurants. The hotel was close to the town centre but away from the main road, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. Additionally, the free milk and water in the room were a nice touch.

The beds were slightly too soft for my liking.

I recently stayed at a centrally located motel in Wangaratta and had a great experience. The manager, Wendy, went above and beyond to ensure my accommodation needs were met. The room was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and I would definitely stay again. I highly recommend this hotel.

The bed at the Hermitage was super comfy and the staff were lovely, providing a good range of cutlery. Despite the AC being a bit noisy, we were so tired it didn't bother us. The big room had excellent amenities, and the manager was extra helpful and even left complimentary water bottles. Definitely a top pick!

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and an amazing air conditioner to keep you cool on hot days. The hotel is also in a perfect location, with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. It's a great base for exploring the area and experiencing all that it has to offer.

Not obvious to find.

Great Location - close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Parking was easy to find and convenient due to its proximity to the main entrance. the receptionist was quite friendly and informative about the nearby attractions, including some hidden gems off the beaten track. the air conditioning worked well and quickly cooled the room.

The bed in our room felt old and withered, not very comfortable at all. the showerhead had very poor water pressure which made it hard to enjoy a refreshing shower in the morning.
