I had the most comfortable stay in a regional town. The room was very cozy and the garden surrounding the house created a cool atmosphere. The historic photos and comments added a touch of charm. The service was excellent, with Kathryn going out of her way to help us. The breakfast was delicious and the cappuccino was a pleasant surprise.

Parking on the street was a bit inconvenient during unpacking.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The decor was absolutely beautiful and the room was spotless. The hospitality from Kathryn and Andrew was exceptional. The hotel is conveniently located near the town center, yet it is remarkably peaceful and quiet at night. The serene garden in the center of the dairy belt provides a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is also in a convenient location to explore the local attractions, such as the Great Ocean Rd, Warrnambool, and the Otway Ranges. I especially enjoyed the fabulous breakfasts, with the unique "breakfast trifle" being a standout. The whole ambience of the hotel was calm, peaceful, and comfortable, making my stay truly enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this place to everyone, as it provides enhanced comfort, quality services, and a tranquil setting.

We spent the New Year in that fancy old house. Room was clean and everything appeared new and modern. Staff was polite and cleaning service was excellent. We also liked the great variety of breakfast and the fact that it was included in the price. The scenery was stunning, beautiful countryside roads and colorful gardens.

Despite the beauty of the surroundings, the hotel was situated a bit far from attractions, making it difficult to find without a car. The lack of entertainment and activities within the hotel was a bit of a disappointment, making it difficult to enjoy our stay indoors.
