Great staff, fantastic location. Comfortable room, good kitchen facilities. Enjoyed the views and nearby beach. Used the pools daily. Welcoming and friendly staff.

Our stay at Hi Surf Beachfront was absolutely amazing! The views from our spacious and beautifully decorated apartment were simply breathtaking. The comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep, and we loved waking up to the magical sight of the ocean. The location, right near the tram station, was incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to save money by cooking our own meals. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel right at home. our experience was fantastic and we would highly recommend Hi Surf Beachfront Resort Apartments to others.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is close to everything, just next to a tram station, and the beach is really close too. You can easily go out to eat at a restaurant or enjoy a day at the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean, with all the necessary facilities like cooking facilities, washing machine, and a fridge. The staff at the desk are very helpful and willing to assist with any queries.

Some of the out of hours call staff were rude and snappy.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location was absolutely perfect, right beside the tram stop and within easy walking distance to the shopping area. The staff provided us with friendly and competent service, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a kitchen and a balcony with a lovely view. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, and a jacuzzi. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

The rooms were very spacious and had comfortable beds with great sea views. Getting basic necessities was easy with a little corner store nearby and larger shopping centers within walking distance. The staff was welcoming and accommodating.

The lack of air conditioning made it difficult to keep the rooms cool during the hot Christmas season, though ceiling fans were provided. The furnishings and decor were dated.
