Spacious rooms, excellent staff, and cozy ambiance

I was delighted with the spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, and welcoming staff at the motor inn in Stanthorpe. the onsite restaurant with a cozy ambiance and attentive staff was a highlight, making it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. the only improvement could be providing thicker blankets for colder nights to ensure a more comfortable stay.

The welcoming staff made us forget the long drive with their warm smiles and efficient service. It felt like being reunited with old friends after a long journey. Their genuine care and attention were like a comforting hug after a tough day.

Soft bed caused minor disturbances.

During our recent stay at a motel just outside town, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent onsite Steakhouse restaurant. The big open fireplace created a cozy atmosphere, perfect for the winter weather. The staff in both the office and the restaurant were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were offered fresh milk for our room upon check-in, a small gesture that made a big difference. Additionally, the manager went above and beyond by personally calling us to let us know we had left our phone cable behind. our experience at this motel was delightful.

The motel is conveniently located near the center of the city where you can find nice restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and well-maintained. The Steakhouse restaurant attached to the motel offered delicious food at a reasonable price. the check-in process was easy and the staff were friendly.

The service in the restaurant was a little slow and the staff seemed less friendly compared to the check-in experience.

The mini-bar was a nice touch, filled with various goodies. the service here is top-notch, and I felt well taken care of during my stay at this venue.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The decorations at the inn were simply lovely and charming, making me feel right at home. the common areas were easy to navigate, perfect for us senior folks. the inn was very accessible for older guests, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

More blankets needed for a cozy night's sleep for seniors. the children working there could be more considerate about parking.

The room was well appointed and very clean. the bathroom was particularly impressive and exceeded expectations. the hotel's location close to the auction we were attending was a big plus and made it very convenient.

The first was the lack of amenities in the room - no bowls, plates, or cutlery, which was unexpected. the owner seemed disinterested in our stay and not particularly friendly.
