I keep coming back for great staff helping with adaptors. Place suits perfectly with free parking, 24-hour reception, bar, restaurant, laundry, flat-screen TV. Excited for another city break soon!

John was such a hoot and super accommodating, squeezing us in last minute with a room that had all we needed including a cozy bed, big bathroom, and a view of the bush - the Shed had tasty, filling dishes plus it's pet-friendly. Only hiccup was some stains on the carpet - just needs a good scrub! 🌿

The room was spacious for a family of four, with a clean carpet and sound construction, lovely continental breakfast included. the staff were INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY and accommodating, with a convenient location near historic sites, and a peaceful bush setting. the on-site dining experience was delightful, offering delicious meals and a nice wine selection, topped off with the charm of encountering the resident goose! Can't wait to return!

The rooms had a cozy charm, topped with a lovely touch of a camellia on the bath towels. As an old soul, it felt like a warm embrace.

The lighting in the rooms was a bit dim for reading.

Spent my Christmas at a hotel surrounded by nature and it was amazing! the location was perfect, as it was only a short distance away from the town centre and still felt secluded. the room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed. the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the home-cooked meals, especially the Christmas lunch which was made with local ingredients. the campfire was a nice touch which added to the ambiance.

The breakfast was really basic with only toast and cereal being served. I wish they had more options to choose from.

The hotel was excellent value for money, offering competitive prices for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the well-presented facilities to the modern bathrooms. The location was perfect, being very close to Hill End sights, the Hill End pub, and wildlife sightings. The staff provided great service and were fantastic hosts, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The rooms were spacious and had a good, big comfortable bed, ensuring a good night's sleep.
