I had a fantastic stay at this recently renovated hotel. It was neat, clean, and comfortable, with well-appointed rooms. the staff were helpful and friendly, and the convenient location allowed easy access to dinner and drinks within walking distance. the off-street parking at the back was a plus.

My recent stay in Holbrook was amazing! the COZY ROOM and friendly staff made me feel right at home. the pool was even better in person. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to beach, Deco style decor, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, great food and drink options. Cons: Felt like family, no complaints at all.

My recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise compared to my previous travels. the staff here were incredibly welcoming and ensured a smooth check-in process. the room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night's sleep. the hotel's renovation has added a touch of charm, with a smart country vibe that was refreshing. I also enjoyed the delicious meals served at the restaurant, especially the excellent steaks and pies. the hotel's balcony provided a perfect spot to unwind and take in the surroundings, including the unique attraction of a submarine across the road.

While my overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. I found it disappointing that there was no fridge in the room.
