We have stayed at Holiday Inn Express twice and each time found the location excellent. the room size was great and the hot water in the shower was good. the breakfast offered was fresh and tasty. the staff, both upon arrival and departure, were friendly and helpful. The location of this budget hotel is fantastic, with a quick walk to the domestic airport, making it super convenient for travelers. It's also near the airport and close to some neighborhoods with a pretty diverse array of things to do. The rooms have comfortable beds, modern and clean bathrooms, and large windows that provide a pleasant view. The breakfast options include a delicious spread with bacon, eggs, beans, toast, coffee, cereals. The staff, like Brooke, the night manager, goes above and beyond to assist guests.

There were some minor shortcomings in the evening, as there weren't enough staff to check people in and serve drinks simultaneously.

De locatie van het hotel was perfect, dicht bij alles. Onze kamer was mooi en had een goede airconditioning. Het zwembad op de binnenplaats was natuurlijk erg leuk. Het ontbijt was goed en het personeel deed hun best om ons te helpen. We voelden ons veilig tijdens ons verblijf.

Het personeel was een beetje vreemd en de receptie was moeilijk te vinden. Ze waren niet echt luisterend en we moesten herhaaldelijk vragen om in te checken.

No denying that the free airport shuttle service was convenient, plus it saved us the hassle of trying to figure out transportation. the room itself was decently comfortable, and the complementary breakfast was not too shabby either - I especially appreciated the coffee.

The bathroom situation was not ideal, and the shower situation could have been handled better. We also ran into some issues with amenities - things like towels, mugs, and coffee were scarce.
