The staff were friendly and welcoming, clean and modern room with a lovely en-suite, helpful staff, convenient location near Macquarie University and shops, spotlessly clean room.

This place is located in a commercial area and it's very convenient to be close to Macquarie shopping centre and two railway stations. The staff is friendly and helpful, always assisting with directions and providing a welcome drink. The room amenities are great, including air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities. The hotel also offers a fitness centre and a restaurant with special diet menus.

I found some staff at the reception desk to be dismissive and unhelpful, but overall I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The facilities are great and the staff is generally friendly.

Our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a convenient ring/beauty light around the bathroom mirror. We were particularly impressed with the iron, which worked flawlessly and had a nice weight to it.

The complementary breakfast was good enough to help us start our day. The location was so convenient for us because it was close to the train station and shopping center. The room was neat and tidy and had all the basic stuff that we needed. We enjoyed the view from our window.

To be honest, the room was too small to be romantic. The bathroom was not private at all, which made us feel really uncomfortable.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this place! From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. The male receptionist was incredibly friendly and his positive attitude was contagious. The service I received throughout my stay was efficient and friendly, which is rare to come by these days. The location of this hotel is great, situated between two railway stations and close to a bus stop and shopping centre. It made getting around and exploring the area so convenient.

I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
