the resort is very clean with top-notch shared amenities. perfectly located close to my favorite beach in Australia and not far from mackay. the exceptional customer service - like helping with a flat tire and making sure we arrived back safely - made this stay extra special. cons: would recommend.

First visit, staff helped with late check out. Free Wi-Fi, parking, outdoor dining, pool. Laundry on site. Flat-screen TV, kitchen amenities. Table tennis, billiards, hiking, fishing, snorkelling. Coming back for city trip. No pets, wheelchair access, air-con, no smoking.

The provided database was incredibly efficient and user, friendly, making it easy to find exactly what I needed. The room with bunks in a hallway was surprisingly cozy and well, equipped for our short stay in Bowen. Cons: One small issue I noticed was that the Wi, Fi connection in the database was a bit spotty at times, which made it slightly difficult to access certain information quickly.

Managed to dodge the stingers while soaking up the sun at the patrolled beach. Registering felt like a fun homework task. the fold-out bed was surprisingly comfy.

Charging my gadgets was a real Olympic sport with only one power point to share.

The cabins at this hotel were practical and had a good layout. the linen was clean, and the cooking facilities inside the room were convenient. the staff are exceptional - always helpful and friendly, making our stay very welcoming. the atmosphere is lovely, especially with the world-class food served at the on-site cafe. the beach views are stunning, and the live entertainment added a special touch to our evenings. the spacious and spotlessly clean cabin, along with the comfortable bed, made our stay even more enjoyable.

It would have been nice to have a dining table inside the cabin for meals. the sofa wasn't the most comfortable for lounging.

The resort's location was truly perfect, just a short stroll away from the beach and with a nice view. the maintenance of the cabins definitely needs improvement, with issues like disconnected hot water tap lines, uncomfortable mattresses, and lack of necessary amenities such as lounge chairs and towels.

the studio cabin with shared bathrooms was comfortable and well-maintained. the amenities were clean and well-stocked, and the proximity to the beach and cafe was convenient. the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed, making it a perfect place for a few days of holiday with other happy travelers.

The location of the resort was absolutely stunning with a short walk to beautiful beaches for swimming. the walking trails right there were amazing! A lovely open air cafe for breakfast added to the charm of this location. the room had everything that I needed and it was glorious to watch both the sunrise and sunset over the water.

There were some aspects that could be improved. the amenities were insufficient for the number of people in the area with only one shower and two toilets for eleven people- which was not ideal.
