During my recent stay at Hotel Grand Chancellor, I was pleasantly surprised by the separate bedroom in my room. It provided extra privacy and comfort. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with a short walk to Palm Cove. The shower in the room was also fantastic, providing a great water flow and temperature. The cleanliness of the rooms was commendable as well, with daily housekeeping maintaining tidiness.

Even though there were a few drawbacks mentioned in the database, such as slow check-in, lack of sun loungers, and issues with room amenities, these did not impact my overall experience significantly. The positives of the hotel more than made up for these minor inconveniences.

The highlight for the kids was definitely the pool with its exciting slide, allowing us to have a relaxing evening while they slept.
