Great Location and Seamless Check-In

During my recent stay at the Hotel Jen in Brisbane, I was delighted with its unbeatable location. After dropping off our rental car at the airport, we easily hopped on a train that took us to the hotel in just 20 minutes. As we exited the Roma street station, the hotel's entrance was just a few steps away, making our arrival incredibly convenient. The check-in process was a breeze, thanks to the friendly staff who greeted us warmly. Within minutes, we were settled in our room on the 30th floor and immediately impressed by the stunning semi-circular layout and the wall of windows offering breathtaking views of downtown Brisbane and a glimpse of the river. The cleanliness and cozy furnishings of the room added to our pleasant experience. Plus, they even included earplugs among the toiletries, although we didn't find them necessary as the room was surprisingly quiet. Although we didn't dine at the hotel, we did enjoy a drink at the bar, which was a nice touch. Another highlight of the hotel's location was its proximity to an outdoor mall area for shopping and people-watching. Additionally, we were within walking distance to major attractions such as the Casino, botanical gardens, and Southbank, where we found a picturesque beach. The Hotel Jen's excellent location truly enhanced our overall experience in Brisbane.

The bed was mind-blowingly comfy and the room was jaw-droppingly great. The cleaning staff were super lovely and quick to provide a sewing kit. The bathroom was clean with fresh towels and the beds were nicely made. The room was big, new, and clean with firm double beds. The writing desk could fit two people and the location was very convenient and safe. The staff went above and beyond, the breakfast was high quality and well priced, and the restaurant for dinner was EXCELLENT. The view over the city was amazing with a large comfortable bed and separate sitting area.

I recently stayed at a hotel close to the rail station in Brisbane, and I chose Hotel Jen for its convenient location. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were attentive and helpful. I would definitely go back for another stay.

The wifi was inconsistent, and the air conditioning unit was very loud and difficult to quieten. Additionally, the tiles in the bathroom were extremely slippery, which unfortunately led to a sprained ankle during my trip.

I had a fantastic time staying at this place! The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to Suncorp stadium, which was key for me as I was attending a concert there. The hotel is also connected to the Roma Street train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff were excellent and provided top-notch service from check-in to check-out. The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. In the morning, they even have an Internet station and hydration center where you can fill your water bottle with chilled water or sparkling water with lemon slices - a very nice touch to start your day with.

Over the Christmas holidays, I stayed at a hotel that had an excellent location, just minutes away from the city center and close to public transportation.
