I arrived after a long flight, tired and cranky. the staff sensed my mood and surprised me with a much-needed cup of tea. It was like they could read my mind! the room was comfy, the parking easy. And when I had trouble with my TV, they fixed it in a flash. I left feeling like a VIP. Who would've thought a motel could turn a grumpy jet-lagged traveler into a happy camper? .

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect as it was close to the airport, which made my travel experience a breeze. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with effective heating to keep me warm during Melbourne's winter. this hotel provided great value for money and I would highly recommend it.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for our Christmas trip. the hotel's proximity to the airport made it easy for us to catch early morning flights. the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was big enough to refresh after long days of exploring the city.

Our experience at the hotel was not pleasant. the curtains in our room were in poor condition, and the noise from the air conditioning in the adjacent room was unbearable.
