Great location, only a few blocks from the beach and close to CBD eateries. Parking is available, but be sure to request it ahead of time. The staff is friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. The room was adequately furnished with basic amenities such as Wifi and air conditioning.

The property is a bit outdated and tired, with some damage to the paint and carpet. The WiFi requires daily logins, which can be a hassle.
