The location at Il Mondo Boutique Hotel in Brisbane was perfect for my family, with clean rooms and a very comfortable bed. the Manager Chris and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the hotel's proximity to landmarks like Queen Street Mall and the Queensland Art Gallery allowed for easy exploration and family bonding. the relaxation facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers, enhanced our overall enjoyment. We did have a minor issue with the first room, but the staff promptly addressed it and provided us with an even better room at a fair cost, showing excellent customer service. One suggestion would be adding a comfier sitting area inside the rooms.

Il Mondo Boutique offers a tranquil stay near Brisbane River, with easy access to cafes, Cat ferry, and a delightful French bakery. the manager, Chris, provides exceptional service, and the screen mirroring TV feature adds convenience. the proximity to Story Bridge adds to the charm and accessibility of the location.

Located in a vibrant area with plenty of public transport options nearby, including buses and ferries. There are also a variety of restaurants, cafes, and bars in close proximity, perfect for finding a delicious meal or enjoying a night out. Additionally, guests can take a leisurely walk along the nearby river for a scenic experience.

Exceeded expectations, perfect room. Lovely and friendly staff. Helpful with dress up, offered umbrella. Great location, near waterfront, ferry wharf, and buses. Efficient communication, local knowledge, and willingness to assist. Cleanliness and beautiful bathroom products. Comfortable bed and spacious room with lovely views. Availability of push bikes for morning rides.

Upon arrival, I found the entrance a bit elusive, but once I stepped inside, it was smooth sailing. the room felt like a home away from home, especially with the balcony view. the staff went above and beyond, making sure every need was met seamlessly. the proximity to dining spots and easy access to transport made exploring a breeze. a cozy retreat in the heart of the city. Already dreaming of my next visit!

Impeccable hotel, well-maintained since 1998. Exceptional staff, especially Chris, who goes above and beyond. Convenient location near great restaurants and breakfast options. Perfect for families with autistic children. Stayed twice and had excellent experiences both times.

My recent stay at this hotel was truly fantastic! the staff accommodated our request for no stairs fantastically. the room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, with a large bathroom equipped with a relaxing bath and excellent lighting. On-site parking was a great bonus, and the location in a good area near the Story Bridge was perfect for us. the riverside walks nearby were lovely, providing a picturesque setting for exploring the area. the room had everything one needs for a fabulous stay, and we even had access to a walk across the bridge to Howards wharf. I must say, the housekeeping team promptly found my forgotten shoes, and I was so grateful for their attentiveness.

If I had to point out something that could be improved, it would be the pricing during exceptionally busy event weekends in Brisbane. A slight adjustment in pricing strategy during these times could make the stay even more appealing for guests looking for a great deal.

The location was MIND-BLOWING, close to everything! Comfy bed, clean huge apartment, friendly staff, spacious & clean bathroom.

The location of this place is absolutely fantastic. It is situated in a great suburb, close to the Storey Bridge hotel, which offers good food and lots of vibe. The service provided by the staff here is exceptional. They accommodated my request for no stairs and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities and a balcony. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great convenience.

Spent new year's eve at this wonderful little hotel. Loved the spotless and quiet rooms. the friendly staff made us feel at home and even offered continental breakfast, which was a great way to start our day. the location was also perfect, being just a short walk away from the waterfront and a great café nearby. Plus, the hotel had a small swimming pool for a refreshing dip.

Sadly, our stay was marred by a lack of free parking in the vicinity. We had to park quite far from the hotel, which was inconvenient and made lugging our bags to the hotel quite challenging.
