We had a fantastic time here. The hotel staff were really friendly and explained everything about the access and surrounding area. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean and spacious pool area that had sun loungers and a BBQ area. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the harbor area where there were plenty of bars and restaurants to cater to our needs. We were also thrilled to find out that tours could be booked through the hotel and pick-ups were available. Additionally, there was a Woolworths store a short walk away, making it convenient for any grocery needs.

Our stay at Il Palazzo was perfect! The place had a cozy and clean atmosphere, making us feel right at home. The spacious rooms had everything we needed and the friendly staff made us feel welcomed. The location was great, with easy access to the foreshore, ferry terminal, and Asian food markets. We felt safe as solo travelers and enjoyed the family atmosphere.

During my recent stay at Il Palazzo, I was impressed by the spacious and well-equipped one-bedroom apartment. The separate bedroom and bathroom provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I particularly appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Despite the hotel showing signs of age, the cleanliness and amenities made up for it. The location of the hotel was also a standout, being centrally located and close to all the restaurants. I had a great experience at Il Palazzo and would highly recommend it.

Free Easter chocolate eggs given to guests upon arrival. Conveniently located close to outdoor activities and stunning beaches. the kitchen was well-equipped with everything you need for cooking delicious meals.

The room was not well-maintained, with peeling paint and dusty surfaces. the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were too flat.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the marina for our snorkeling cruises. We enjoyed the convenience of having everything we needed right next door, including the night markets and the "All night market". The room was comfortable and the staff provided excellent service, ensuring any issues we had were promptly resolved. it was a great experience.

A slight issue with the smell in the room, but the staff promptly offered us another room to address the problem.

Excellent location, right in the heart of Cairns. Close to harbor, restaurants, and shops. Helpful staff with great recommendations for tours and car rental. Cozy and comfortable apartment with a great floor plan. Great pool and daily cleaning service.

We loved the central location of this hotel, right in the heart of the action. Everything we needed was within walking distance, from cafes and supermarkets to the famous Night Market and beautiful Cairns Esplanade. The convenience was unbeatable!
