The apartment was upgraded to a spacious two bedroom with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the apartment was well-equipped and exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly and prompt in addressing any issues.

We stayed at a Aparthotel on the 18th floor. The views were AMAZING! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, including a kitchenette and laundry facilities. The staff at reception, Selena and Lisa, were beyond fantastic and provided excellent service. The location was convenient for walking to different locations and having secure parking gave us peace of mind. our stay at Imagine Marco was great and we couldn't fault it. It was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday!

We loved the clean, comfortable apartment with its beautiful view from the 16th floor. The staff were lovely, especially the kind man who brought up a cot for our baby. Great value for money.

Clean and stylish rooms with helpful staff. Great location with easy walking distance to shopping and CBD, and nearby tram stops. Comfy beds with excellent pillows. Nice views of surrounding areas. Lovely foyer and high-end presentation.

The hotel had spacious rooms with a massive fridge and great water pressure in the shower. The staff were friendly and the location was convenient for exploring Southbank.

Some construction noise, but understandable given the location.

We received two chocolate bars as a complementary treat, and the front desk staff was helpful in giving directions to nearby attractions. The hotel was located in a good area with plenty of shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and had a great view from the window.

The room was small and had a bad smell, it seemed like someone had been smoking in there previously. The noise from the street was unbearable, and we were not able to sleep at all.

The hotel is located in a convenient spot close to a convention centre and right next to the freeway, making it easy to get around. The view from some of the rooms is also great, with no skyscrapers blocking the view.

One downside is that some rooms may be a bit noisy due to the proximity to the freeway.

We loved staying at this place. The location was amazing as we were able to walk to a nearby grocery store and tram stop. The staff at the reception desk were very accommodating and helped us with our requests upon arrival. The hotel room was spacious and had excellent amenities such as a balcony, ironing facilities, and a washing machine. The leisure swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi were really relaxing, and we enjoyed spending time on the sun terrace. The hotel also had fantastic wifi signal throughout our stay.

Our stay at Imagine Marco was great! The pool was amazing and we enjoyed relaxing by it. The bedroom had a balcony with a stunning view, making our stay even more enjoyable. We felt comfortable and safe throughout our time there. The staff were kind and accommodating, allowing us to use the facilities even after checkout. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely visit again.

Although our stay was generally positive, there were a couple of drawbacks. The internet in our room didn't work, and despite mentioning it, the issue wasn't resolved during our stay.

Imagine Marco Aparthotel was in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from Crown Casino. We found it very convenient as there was a supermarket and bottle shop nearby. The apartment was always spotlessly clean and serviced daily. The presence of 4 lifts reduced waiting times, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was also close to transport and shopping, making it a comfortable and clean option, especially for families with children.
