The staff members at Ingenia Holidays One Mile Beach were incredibly helpful and understanding. When I politely requested that the people staying next to us respect our space and not walk past our window, they took immediate action to address the situation. They even patiently answered all of our questions and provided great assistance throughout our stay. Additionally, the facilities, including the lounge and beds, were all very comfortable. My kids absolutely loved the pool, slide, jumping cushion, and blow-up waterslide. Let's not forget the amazing location right by the beach. I had a fantastic and relaxing getaway at this hotel.

While staying in our cabin, I noticed that the floors were a bit sandy and there were other people's hair on the spare blankets. It would have been more ideal if these aspects were cleaner.

We had a great time staying at this holiday park. The location was fantastic, as it was very close to the beach and within easy reach of Nelson Bay and Salamander shopping centre. The room was cozy and the facilities were great, including the pool, spa, tennis and basketball courts. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we even enjoyed a free bacon and egg breakfast. we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this place for a fun family getaway.

We did find that some of the cabins were not as clean as we had hoped.

Close to everything, with beach access, mini golf, pool, playground, and more. Cafe nearby serves great coffee, but could use more seating and snack options. Cabins are clean, tidy, and comfortable with good AC. Toiletries in the bathroom are of good quality. Proximity to Marina and Nelson Bay is a bonus.

Cleanliness was impressive, the cabin was spotless upon arrival. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a pool, spa, jumping pillow, and playground for the kids. Parking was convenient, with ample spaces available. The location was ideal, close to the beach and city center, making it easy to explore the amazing sites in the area.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the proximity to the beach, just a short walk with the kids. The mini-golf and pool were fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location was amazing, right by a beautiful little beach where we spent the entire day playing in the sand dunes. The amenities provided were excellent, including laundry service, ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. Additionally, the hotel had a washing machine, dryer, and fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay even more convenient.

The hotel staff could have been more friendly and accommodating. However, despite this minor issue, we highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We loved the beach and the park, perfect for families with kids. The range of restaurants in the area was a bonus.

We felt completely welcome and had no complaints about our stay.
