Had a great Christmas break at this hotel! Loved the stylish and comfortable rooms, and the friendly and welcoming staff made our stay extra special. the hotel's location was perfect - away from the city but still close enough for easy access. the breakfast spread was amazing, with fresh and healthy options to choose from. Plus, the bay views from the hotel were fantastic!

There were a couple of disappointing aspects during my stay. the checkout process was frustrating, as the staff seemed unsure and took a long time to sort out the bill.

Our stay at the Intercontinental in Double Bay was excellent value for the money. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the TV had plenty of free programs. The location was perfect, close to the harbor and ferry, and surrounded by shops and eateries. The staff treated us with warmth and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety.

The staff were professional and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location in a quiet bayside town is perfect for those seeking a peaceful escape. Plus, the nearby boutique shops offer a unique shopping experience not found anywhere else in Australia. Another perk is the convenient ferry service to the city, just a 5-minute walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Sydney.

As bike riders, we loved the attention to detail and little luxuries like slippers and bathrobes. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering bottles of water every time we came back to the hotel. The pool bar and layout were fantastic, and we highly recommend enjoying margaritas at the rooftop pool. The hotel is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the beach and Double Bay wharf, making it easy to catch a ferry to Circular Quay.

The restaurant, Sake, had delicious food and drinks. The bathroom was luxurious and stocked with perfect toiletries. The club lounge offered wonderful afternoon teas. The service provided by the hotel staff, including reception, concierge, and club lounge, was professional, knowledgeable. we had a nice, relaxing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel also had a free pool and gym, although I didn't use them. Parking attendants were very helpful, and there was free wifi. com, including breakfast, was a huge plus.

The hotel had a great rooftop pool with stunning views. the room decor was fabulous and the bed was comfortable. the location was also convenient, with easy access to the CBD via ferry.

There were some issues with the management, such as drilling noise and a lack of proactive solutions. the room price was high, and the minibar prices were extremely expensive.
