We had a great stay at Ifsuites Upper West Side! The location was fantastic, right opposite Southern Cross Station and very convenient for transportation. The apartment itself was spacious and well-appointed. We were impressed by the size of the rooms and the overall layout. It provided us with ample space for our family. The staff kept in contact with us prior to our arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The map provided to find the room was helpful, as it can be a bit tricky to find initially. Despite a few minor issues mentioned in the reviews, we found our room to be clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable for the size and location of the apartment. we had a positive experience and would recommend Ifsuites Upper West Side for a pleasant stay in Melbourne.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, as it is close to everything we needed to access in the city. The proximity to Southern Cross Station and public transport made it very convenient to explore the city. there were shops, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby, providing everything we needed during our stay.

The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen which was convenient and allowed us to save money on eating out. its location was excellent as it was situated close to public transportation and within walking distance to various tourist attractions. the apartment had a stylish and modern look, with large windows that provided spectacular views of the city skyline.

The apartment wasn't as clean as we had hoped, with certain areas such as the carpet, sink, and balcony needing attention. the sofa was uncomfortable to sit on and watch TV, and the noise levels at night could be bothersome, especially if you have young children.

This hotel provided a luxurious and exclusive experience. The private facilities were outstanding, including an impressive swimming pool. The room advantage was the stunning view from the high floor that we were assigned. The location was also advantageous, with easy access to public transportation and various attractions. The service provided by the staff was incredible, and they fulfilled all of our luxurious needs.

We did notice a slight odor in the lift areas that could be improved. this was a remarkable venue for a luxurious stay.
