This friendly holiday accommodation had great views, excellent staff, and a clean apartment with all the necessary facilities. The location was ideal, with the beach just a short walk away. The owners were helpful and the kitchen was well-equipped.

The location of Island Beach Resort was perfect for exploring the area. My room had all the necessary facilities and I enjoyed using the pool. The free secure parking was a big plus. I had an enjoyable stay.

We loved the amazing location! Just a block away from the beach and close to great parks for the little ones. The hotel is also conveniently situated near shops and restaurants, with the Pacific Fair and G:Link tram just across the road. The room was clean and comfortable, with separate rooms and balconies for the whole family to spread out. The secure car park and hot tub were great amenities, and it was only a half-minute walk to the beach. This hotel was a perfect choice for a quiet and restful holiday, while still being close to all the action.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. We got a spacious two-floor unit with two bathrooms, which was a pleasant surprise. The kitchenette had everything we needed and more, and the laundry facilities worked great. The location of this hotel was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance to the beach and Broadbeach Mall Area plus Pacific Fair. Being able to easily walk to restaurants and bars was also a bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities in the self-contained rooms were sufficient.

The only downside we experienced at this hotel was that during our stay, the air conditioning was not very effective and it could get quite hot in the rooms, even with the windows open. Additionally, the swimming area at the back of the hotel could get quite noisy early in the mornings when people decided to take a dip.

The main room was a good size and the sofa bed was fairly comfortable. The main bedroom had a large comfy bed and a big wardrobe. The whole apartment was very clean and fresh. The location was excellent, close to the beach and only a couple of blocks from the mall. The pool and BBQ facilities were great and added to the overall experience.

Some areas of the apartment could have been cleaner and there was some noise from plumbing and maintenance activities. The lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry luggage to the upstairs rooms.

This hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance to everything. It's just a short walk to the conference area and right near the beach. Despite being away from the main center of Broadbeach, it only takes 10 minutes to walk there. The staff are very friendly and provide great service. The rooms are well-maintained with all the amenities you need. The hotel offers a basic breakfast which is a nice touch.

The location of Island Beach Resort was great, with shops and the beach nearby. The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable. We had a one-bedroom apartment that had plenty of space for the two of us. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the utensils and cooking equipment we needed. The resort also had a nice balcony where we could relax and enjoy the view.

We did have some minor issues during our stay. The air conditioning in the lounge room wasn't working, which made it uncomfortable, especially during the hot weather.

We had a great stay at this beachside resort, with its prime location close to everything Broadbeach has to offer. The apartment was light and airy, with two balconies providing beautiful views. The resort had a fantastic pool and spa, and the staff provided easy check-in and all necessary amenities. It was in a relatively quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway.
